I was only able to use this water pick for about 1 week. The pulsator only works when the reservoir is almost empty.

We sincerely apologize for the difficulty that you have encountered with the pressure of your unit. What you are describing is likely a clogged jet tip. The tip can become clogged with food debris at any time during use. Please try the other jet tip that was included with the unit. To remove the jet tip, press the eject button that is located right above the on switch. You can soak the clogged jet tip in distilled white vinegar for 10-15 minutes. If this does not solve the issue, please call customer service at 1-800-525-2774 Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 5:00pm Mountain Time for technical support and/or warranty assistance.

I bought this product a few weeks ago and think it does some good extracting bits from between my teeth. What is annoying is that it is hard to see how much water is in the tube and how much is left to finish the job?? Another problem is how am I going to be sure it is clean inside the tube?? And even more annoying is that it is something you cannot do if you are dressed to leave the house as it sputters all over you and the surrounding area.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for your feedback! To clean the unit, make sure that you run distilled white vinegar and warm water through the unit once a month. You can also soak the jet tips in distilled white vinegar for 10-15 minutes. Once a week, separate the reservoir from the power handle and wash the reservoir with a mild dish soap. I bought this a week ago and it worked fine the first night since then the water pressure has been to low to even floss the teeth very very dissapointed excpecting a free one!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
