Too tall to fill from my bath faucet, so I have to bail water in with a cup. Once full it only does about 1/2 my mouth before it's empty. After about a week of this I put it back in the box and threw it on a shelf. I doubt i'll ever use it again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We are sorry that you found the unit difficult to use. The particular model is designed to be more for travel or for those with less countertop space. It sounds as like a countertop unit would be a better fit for you. You can view them here: https://www.waterpik.com/oral-health/products/counter-top/
When downsizing from a house to RV living I bought the battery waterpik. It’s size is one fourth the regular countertop pik. It is light weight and just takes a few practice sessions to become adept at using it. The water jet isn’t as powerful as the electric counter model but it does an adequate job. I have several large spaces between my teeth so I need to fill the water well at least twice to accomplish removal of food particles. I believe the battery waterpik is an affordable substitute to assist with dental hygiene especially for folks who have little counter/storage space.
Quite good. I find it easy to use after every meal. Need to explore use of high pressure jet tip to compare performance level. I expect that will provide best performance
I wasn't flossing previously bc it took too much time and it was difficult to reach certain areas. But this saves me time and effort. I've had to get used to the constant water refill but it's not a big deal breaker.
I was recommended to get a WaterPik by the hygenist at my last cleaning and I did and boy was that good advice! Using doesn't replace flossing, but it really does super clean teeth baseline and gums. I wish I had one years ago. What a wonderful addition to my oral health maintenance.
Waterpick has changed the way I do preventive care, helping me control and even avoid plaque buildup. I am sure my next visit to my hygienist will be a good one and she will be happy with the results.
