Easy to use, the reservoir can be put in the diswasher. I was told by the dental hygenist and my dentist to use this because of all the restorative work I have in my mouth. It cleans really well and leaves your mouth feeling great.I wished I had gotten the larger tank size as I have to fill it several times before I am done.
Very handy! Easy to use, easy to travel, simple to operate. Good value, little space needed for storage, does a great job!

I needed a travel water flosser, and bought this one. I use a corded version at home everyday. Now, in fairness, there have to be some compromises to make it travel size- water chamber volume, etc., and I am fine with that. But there are some very basic things that are huge oversights. 1-since there is no capability to adjust pressure on the unit, there are 2 tips included-high and low pressure. Except there is no label to tell you which is which! And yes, I did read the manual cover to cover! 2-the trap door that seals the water chamber will not stay open to let it dry, so this is just a mold problem waiting to happen. Why not engineer the top to allow that door to remain unlocked when not in use? 3-there is no way to tell when the battery is low, or when it is fully charged. When you plug in the charger, you just have to guess when it has had enough power for the battery. Unbelievable in 2022 to lack that basic feature. How about a light on the charger that comes on when the battery needs charging, and it goes out when the charge is complete? What a novel idea! Otherwise, it does the job of dental cleaning well.

I had a "brand x" device. When it died, I decided to buy the "real thing". But, the top of the water tank won't stay closed, I can't see into the tank while filling it, and the squirter bangs against my teeth too hard.

It's not user friendly it sprays too much water with no control for the user. While trying to hold your mouth to allow the water to come out of your mouth now you can't see with water spraying everywhere. Then it doesn't have many attachments as it's a very basic unit I am not happy with it at all I prefer something with a dial where I control the water and the pressure. How do you clean your teeth when you can't see what your doing too busy ducking the spray of water coming from the unit ...

Hello - We are sorry you are unhappy with the WP-360. It does come with two jet tips. The pressure can be adjusted by switching from the blue tip (low pressure) to the clear tip (high pressure). This model carries a 30-day money-back guarantee. We would be happy to assist you with this and help guide you to a product that would be a better fit. Please contact us at 1-800-525-2774.

Worst water floss ever!

I have used a lot of water flossing products, this one is by far the worst. The reservoir is extremely difficult to put together or separate, making it very tough to clean. The water inlet is at a high point, if your sink is not big enough, you cannot fill the water in directly. The reservoir is in deep blue color, making it hard to see how much water is in it. The two-button design is a waste and unfriendly, there isn't any other control. The tip eject button is also not friendly, it kind of hides right above the ON button. The charger is so much bigger than any other models'. This thing is designed to be very unfriendly, almost in purpose! This thing is completely useless and a waste of money.
Love the waterpik…..but I wish it would last longer. This is #3 that I have purchased. The previous two lasted about 4 years. Guess I’m a glutton for punishment or just a sucker.
