Purchased about a month ago. This is a replacement for an older unit we had for a long time. This unit is easer to use. Like the two different pressure tubes. Enjoy using it.

This is my second water pik. The first one lasted about 2 1/2 years and it just stop working. I use an electric toothbrush, but it still miss food particles that is caught in my bridges. The water pik gets all the loose food particles and I really like the feeling of the water spraying on my gums.
The water spraying with the first one lasted
longer than with the current one; also the front
part does not stay connected to the water
reservoir. I don't know why it won't stay connected.

Bought this in September 2018, and I do like it and hope to receive great results when I go to the dentist in December; then I would say GREAT PRODUCT! I wish it came with a cover to snap over the pick, I use saran wrap to keep dust and bugs out/off.

Our first Water Pic was over ten years old and when it wouldn't recharge my husband tried to get a new battery. That wasn't possible, so he ordered a new one. I couldn't believe the difference flossing was with the new Water Pic.
The spray with the new pic is much more powerful than our worn out one. Additionally, I read in the instructions that we should be replacing the plastic "pic" every three months. We never replaced it in our older one. I now use it after every meal because I can't stand to have any food particles between my teeth.
I am seventy-three years old and still have my own cavity prone teeth. As a retired teacher, I found the cost of dental insurance more than the cost of normal yearly dental work. With my new Water Pic and semiannual visits to my dental hygienist, I hope to maintain excellent dental health.
