I was so excited to get this for Christmas. i havd had this product for less than 2 weeks and Iit has to be charged at least once a week. The clear jet tip has something lodged in it and i cannot get it removed so I cannot use the clear tip. The blue tip is ok but the suction is just ok for particle removal. The barrell has to be filled at least 3 times to rinse and remove all partticles to make your teeth and gums feel clean. I am very disappointed with this waterpik flosser.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We are sorry to hear that the jet tip is clogged. Food debris can clog the jet tip when in your mouth, If this occurs, please soak the jet tip in distilled white vinegar for 10-15 minutes.
