Thank you for your feedback. The pressure is adjusted by the jet tips that are included with the unit. The blue tip is the low pressure tip and provides 45PSI. The clear jet tip is the high pressure jet tip and provides 75PSI.

Got this as a gift a couple of weeks ago after much cajoling from my dental hygienist and dentist. I am quite pleased with the operation of it and how long it holds a charge. Being able to use it in the shower is a plus. Only issue I have is that the water reservoir is smaller than I need for a full treatment. I have to refill it after treating 3/4 of my gums, a minor inconvenience as you cannot really fill it from the shower head.
I am hoping that it will help reduce the "pockets" the dentist complains about!

Thank you for the review! Please keep in mind, this model is not completely waterproof. We do not recommend using it in the shower.

Remember to open your mouth while using this to prevent drowning. The water comes out with very good pressure. I use the high pressure nozzle.

I’m battling mouth cancer. The water pic allows me to clean my mouth throughly and has helped with my recovery. I recommend it to anyone who has a mouth disorder. Looking back I should have purchased one with more water capacity.

I bought this close to a month again recommended by my dentist but I’m very disappointed. When you put the water in there and turn it in the water gushed out and when I try to run it along my gum line it’s too much water to continue. I was trying to return item but wasn’t sure how to now.

I received this as a gift I requested. The only thing I am unhappy with is the tip comes loose quite often when I am cleaning my teeth. I make sure it is in securely before starting, but it still comes completely off. Is this normal for this product?
