High Hopes, Not Impressed

The first one of these I bought didn't seem to hold a charge. It would pump water very well at first and within a few seconds it would slow down. It would continue to excessively slow down with the next use. I ended up getting a replacement and this one acts the same way. Unless you keep it plugged in all the time to keep it charged the unit does not perform well. Battery capacity appears to be an issue. When the unit is fully-charged it performs well.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We sincerely apologize for the difficulty you have encountered. A full battery charge of 8-10 hours, should last for 6-8 reservoirs of water. For this specific model, it is not recommended to leave it on the charger all the time. We would like to get some additional information about the issue. We bought this to put in our RV, space is limited. First experience; need to use warm water, wow that was quite an amazing chill to my teeth. Second; this unit must use a different sizes tip, I brought ones we use on our home unit and they came out under pressure. Who would guess that?

We are sorry that this happened. The Quick Start Guide, that is included with the product, does state that lukewarm water should be used. The manual itself lists the compatible jet tips for this specific model.
