I bought this device because I had a pocket in my gums and dentist recommended using water pik. Love that this is portable and doesn't take up much space on counter.

It took awhile getting used to it. If I were to make a suggestion. The on and off switch are getting used to. If the switch was a button you hold down to operate and let go to shut off it would easier to use.

While it is easy to use and does a good job, the reservoir is too small for a complete job. Needs to be refilled.

Thank you for your review. This model is designed to be small as it is intended for those who travel and/or have little counter space. Some users may find it necessary to fill the reservoir more than once. If you prefer to not have to fill the reservoir more than once, a counter top model may be a better fit.
