My son’s orthodontist recommended this product once he got his braces put on. They recommended using it in the shower so that the water doesn’t go everywhere and both of my sons enjoy using it now. They just had a great appointment with the dentist so apparently it is working!
Happy to have this Waterpik . I bought it to replace the one I bought two years ago that stopped functioning after it fell on the floor. Hopefully this one wil continue to provide me with the service that I need to avoid cavities. It works quite well.
My husband bought this flosser for me and I must say that I am very pleased
I would recommend this to a friend!

Very poor battery life

Have purchased two and both have died within a year and a half. Very disappointed with the battery quality and associated warranty.

After charging for 24 hours (why so long?) , The product made a buzzing sound, but no water. I returned the product. Have you considered adding an indicator to show that the product is charging, and that's fully charged?

We sincerely apologize you were unsatisfied with our product. Most of our cordless rechargeable units have to be charged for a full 24 hours before your first use. When the unit is fully charged it should last with typical use, a full week. This unit does carry a year warranty, so we would be happy to open up a warranty claim if necessary. You just need to contact us. Contact our customer service department at at 1-800-525-2774 Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 5:00pm Mountain Time for assistance. We also thank you for your input on adding on an indicator light to notify when the unit is charged. We actually do have that feature on some of our newer models.
