I have dental work with a bridge that food collects under. I use the waterpik after brushing and it works well. I like that it is portable so I can use it when I travel.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought this several months ago. At first, it was great. Then it just stopped working. I kept it charged, always plugged in. Nothing worked. It's as if it suddenly died!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We are sorry for the issue that you are experiencing. This specific model cannot be left plugged in as it can overcharge. It should only be recharged overnight (8-10 hours) after every 6-8 uses. We are reaching out to via the email address that you provided to assist you.
This was a travel Waterpik.. I use to have only the one I kept at home but I have found that when traveling without my Waterpik my mouth just does not feel as clean as when I use the Waterpik so now I have one to take with me so I can always feel a clean mouth where ever I am.
This was the first time I used such a device and am fairly happy with it. I do not have experience with any other brand to compare. However, I have a couple of observations and suggestions for the WP-30. First, I found the OFF button to be a bit redundant. It would be more convenient if once the pressure from the ON button is released, the water stops immediately. The nano second between taking the finger off the ON and getting to the OFF button causes water to drip unnecessarily. Secondly, when I charge it about once a week as I am supposed to do, I have no way of knowing whether it is charged or not. A small light somewhere would help. If there is one, I have not found it yet. Other than the above two comments, I am quite pleased with the device.
