I bought this over a month ago and it works great! I am still using the blue tip because the clear spurts too hard. My teeth and mouth feel great! Hoping my gums will likewise become healthier. I charge it once a week as I have read other reviewers say charging more often burns it out. Be mindful of that if you buy it.

Messy and heavy

This unit does barely fit under my faucet to fill with water, it sprays water all over my sink and mirror just filling.
It's heavy and clumsy to use. Every time I use it I end up with a wet shirt and water spraying all over sink and mirror. Not what I want to wake up to nor go to bed in a wet nighty.
Careful! You don't use it plugged in. Make sure you unplug from charger cord before using. Especially since it squirts water everywhere.
Also be careful, mine dropped onto the counter and shattered the tip right inside the unit. I had a lot of troubles getting it out so I could replace it.
Save the box it comes in, just in case you need to return it. I kept mine a month, one day later the tip broke off and just the day before I had thrown out the box! Can't return without the box.
Overall, overlooking the mess, it does work, does its job well. I have owned a Waterpik for over 20 years and still recommend the products.

We do also recommend removing the jet tip after each use so that if it gets bumped or knocked over, the jet tip will not break off. However, if a jet tip ever does get broken off leaving the bottom part remaining inside of the unit, it can be removed. We would be happy to walk you through it. I really like it but will not charge after a month

I was advised by my dentist to use this and I bought it and really liked it, in fact was going to buy one for a gift. I am not happy now that I have used it 30 to 35 times and it will not charge. I have tried other outlets and still will not charge. Please help me

Stopped working after first use!

I followed all the instructions. Don't plug in with it in the on position. It worked great one time. Now it won't charge. You might as well just give someone 30 dollars. It will be better spent

We are sorry to hear that you are experiencing difficulty. What you are describing indicates the jet tip is likely clogged. You can clean the jet tip by soaking it in distilled white vinegar for 10-15 minutes. Or, it may be time to replace it. We recommend replacing them every three to six months.
