Battery dies quickly

Purchased 2 within 2 yrs. One completely died and the 2nd one is starting to do the same as the first after a few months.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My husband purchased one for me after I kept mentioning that I would like one and he already had one. It really helps with flossing and keeping your mouth feeling clean.
I Just started to use this product and I like it so far..No complaints.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Unit was too tall to fill under the bathroom faucet, so I had to fill @ kitchen sink. Lasted less than a year. Seemed that the motor just quit.

I bought this a month ago as recommended by my dentist after extensive cosmetic dentistry. The blue nozzle is the “starter” nozzle and instructions indicated usage of this nozzle when beginning use of the WaterPik as the stream of water is weaker. The blue nozzle would NOT stay inserted and would either come off in my mouth or fall out resulting in a stream of water spraying everywhere. I am now using the regular clear nozzle and have had no problems. Only complaint is the handset is extremely bulky and heavy as you have to use the whole rechargeable unit when flossing. Add the water in the reservoir and it’s not easy to handle. It has to be held in exact upright position to allow water to flow through the nozzle. Even holding at a slight angle it will not work. I’ve finally gotten the hang of using it, but older models were much better.

Great product

I bought this product in October of 18. To this date 6/28/19 my dentist is very impressed with the health of my gums and teeth. Will continue my oral care with this product definitely.
