pressure is good 30 sec good for an area like a small quadrant then need to refill. still working on how to remove the tip. came with two tips but either I don't understand how to remove the tips or my hand strength is not able to remove tip. any info on tip removal? sure better than those small proxy brushes for removal of debri. when I did work cleaning food out of braces was my nightmare. also cleaning those dental implants the elderly could not. no wonder they fail. among other reasons. patient compliance. still trying to decide if this product suits my needs. might dental needs needs.
I was very impressed with the unit when I first got it as it works great, battery time is great, power off the unit is great, the feel of the unit and being able to tell the different buttons by feel is excellent. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is, I've had it less than a month, only a couple weeks and the rubber band seal for the water lid broke, to me if that's any indication of what's to follow, I might be in trouble.

Not sure about the effectiveness versus using regular dental floss. I've been unhappy with the performance of this costly appliance.

We are sorry to hear that you are not happy with this model. The unit is designed small for those who travel and/or have little counter space. Some users may find it necessary to refill the reservoir. Although the pressure is not as high as our counter top models, it does not make it any less effective.

The water pix cuts off randomly while brushing teeth. The pix is fully charged, however, it continues to cut off at least 3 times while brushing.

I Expected Better from Waterpik

I purchased this product based on the brands reputation for quality. Unfortunately, this flosser falls short in more ways than one. The lack of a charging indicator light means you're left guessing whether or not the device is fully charged (or if it's even charging at all). It also means that there's no warning when the battery gets low. The single pressure setting makes finding a comfortable and effective amount of pressure nearly impossible (the two tips leave much to be desired in the way of pressure options). The reservoir's height makes it difficult to refill using a bathroom sink. Removing the reservoir from the power unit is extremely difficult which makes cleaning the device a real pain in the...well, you know. When you put all of these things together it's simply not worth the money. I honestly expected a much better product from a brand like Waterpik.

We are sorry to see that you are not happy with your WP-360. This is one of our more basic cordless models. The pressure is adjusted by switching out the jet tips. It does produce the same pressure as our other cordless models. We recommend charging the unit overnight (8-10 hours), after every 6-8 reservoirs of water. If, after following the instructions and illustrations on page 7 of your owners manual, you are still having difficulty removing the reservoir, please let us know! We are here to help. You can email us at smreviews@waterpik.com or call (800) 525-2774 for assistance. Thank you so much for your feedback, we will make sure to pass it on to our Product Design Team.
