I am not able to see or tell when the water pick is charged or where the water level is when using. Rather bulky and doesn't hold enough water- must refill to get the job done.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for your feedback regarding the WP-360 Cordless Water Flosser. Our electric countertop models may be a better option, if you would like a product that holds more water and does not require charging. We offer a variety of sizes and type of countertop units, which you can view and compare here: https://www.waterpik.com/oral-health/products/counter-top/
Waterpik is easy and safe to use as long as instructions are followed. It is also effective in cleaning the areas between teeth and the gums. No harmful chemicals are involved in using it since merely warm water is used for cleaning.
No stars! When unit is turned on wand will shoot off.

Hello there - We are sorry for the issue you are having with the unit. It does come with a one-year warranty. We are here to help! Please email us at smreviews@waterpik.com or give us a call at 1-800-525-2774 to open a warranty claim.
It’s a smaller water pick. And only has one setting on. Not as powerful as my larger water pick.

We are sorry that you are not completely satisfied with your WP-360. It is designed small as it is intended more for travel and for those with little counter space. There are two pressures available with this model. To change the pressure, you will need to switch jet tips. The blue jet tip is low pressure and the clear jet tip is high pressure. We hope this helps!
It is difficult to use. You can’t control the pressure.
