I bought this because my dentist recommended I get a waterpik didn't matter which one. I went to the store searched through the ones they had. This one has the most features & was cordless like I wanted. I use it daily. I use the pik that is low pressure & it has alot of pressure behind it, I haven't tried the high pressure pik yet.
I’ve been using for a couple of weeks now and found the water pik to do a great job cleaning the spots that flossing with string can’t reach. The only negative I found was the lid for filling the water is a pain to open.
works great and easy to use. The size is perfect for on the counter
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have had this for about a year. It is a poor design. I am a short person and being able to get over the sink without water to my elbows is a challenge. Even if taller, when I turn the pik to floss, the water pressure is not enough to really floss. I have to move my head to floss. Water ends up on the floor from dripping off my elbows. I have to fill 2-3 times per use. I just would never purchase this again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We are sorry that you have found the product difficult to use. It sounds like our how-to video would be of some help! It has great tips on how to use the product properly to prevent a mess.
I bought this flosser to use instead of using regular floss. I love it. It takes up less space than other Waterpik models and it works just as well if not better than traditional flossing.
