I have been using my water pick twice daily. I am hoping it is getting deep on the crevices and cleaning out debris and bacteria. If it is, I am quite happy with it. If not, it was a waste of money. I will wait a few months for my next dental appointment and see.
We liked the idea of a cordless unit and were also attracted by the lower price. It was awkward to use and my wife had trouble positioning it properly because of its bulk.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We are sorry that you are finding the product difficult to use. It sounds like our how-to video may be helpful. You can view it here: https://youtu.be/iyUkmbyq2Ks
I bought this for my 10 year old daughter who recently got braces, thinking it is a good supplement to flossing. But it is much too powerful for a child...water flew everywhere. I tried it myself and would only use it in the shower because so messy. Product works as designed...just not as gentle as I had hoped.

works as expected,..just one question for the designer,...why is the water reservoir a dark blue making it impossible to see water level when filling. I have to hold it up to a bright light when filling which means you have to put water into a cup or container and then fill the tank when holding up to the light,..
I have used a water pic for over 20 years. I bought this unit as a travel water pic. I was pleased with the over all performance as far as cleaning my teeth . I have mild arthritis on my thumbs and wrists which made holding this unit and using it very difficult. The size was just not compatible with how my hands work.
