Quite disappointed. Quit working after less than 30 days. Tried all of the troubleshooting ideas and nothing. Won't be buying another one.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this about a month ago. It is my first time using a waterpik and found it easy to use. I like the option of picks to use and that the on and off buttons are easy to distinguish.
I wore out the first 2 after about a year. My dentist claims they have made a big difference in my gum condition. I use warm water with half of it listerine. I use it twice a day. This time I purchased for app. 4.00 a warranty so when this one is shot, I will get it replaced free.
It's difficult to separate the water container from the base. My old one was easier. I don't have the strength that I used to have. I don't like the fact that the water pic it self determines the pressure. I'd rather a button on the base make the change and not have to switch the pic.
