The battery operated one is clunky and runs out of water before I'm done cleaning my teeth. I wish I'd gotten one with a reservoir and a much smaller handle. Also, there is no charge indicator on the unit so I have no idea if it needs a charge and when it is plugged in I have not way of knowing if it is charging or when it's fully charged. Spend a bit more money for the upgrade. It works fine.
It needs a minimum of 3 heads: two is insufficient. A "pulse" mode, and/or faster mode would be much appreciated. Also, a bigger water tank that is easier to fill would be nice. Controls are easy, footprint is small, and charging is easy. Price was okay.
I am disappointed in this product. Not enough power. Needs refilling too often during each use! Not at all what i expect to do the job. It does not seem like it is doing anything but rinse the inside of the mouth.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello Vera - We are sorry that you are disappointed with the WP-360. It is designed small as it is intended more for those who travel and for those with little counter space. Some users may find it necessary to fill the reservoir more than once. This model comes with two tips that create two pressure settings: high and low and the unit has proven to be effective.
Purchased this about a month ago on my Dentist's recommendation. So glad I did. Cleans between teeth and massages the gums. Cleaner fresher breath and mouth all day.
