This pik is a replacement for one that I had for only 2 weeks that had just completely stopped working. Changed batteries, still nothing. Changes on this one that would be helpful is water tank could be clear to be able to how much water is left. Could use a light indicator to know battery is low or full charge . Plug for cord could be in a different place cause I'm afraid that water could be in that space when I plug it in.

We are sorry to hear you are not completely satisfied with the product. This model comes with 2 tips that create 2 pressure settings: high and low. Multiple users can use the product. We just recommend that each person have their own flossing brush head. Replacement jet tips can be found at:
