I purchased this product about a month ago. After I use the Waterpik I floss again manually and I rarely have anything left in between my teeth. I am going to purchase a counter top model for home use and use this one for travel. Love it.

Unit failed after two days

Unit would not charge! Unit would not run!! Charged over night still would not run! 3.3 volts available at the handle

Short life

Worked great for about 1 year but now has died. Won't recharge. Hoped that it would last a bit longer especially since it is not used every day. I bought it for travel. On & off switches are in awkward location.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Really good product. The hardest thing is fitting in the sink to fill it up, but it's not an issue at all. The 30 second capacity is not a problem either. I wish it had a light to indicate the charge level though, or even a light to indicate it's charging at all.
