This battery powered waterpik has two piks each with a different pressure. The waterpik worked fine for two days. On the third day, the more powerful pik did not work at all. Changing to the less powerful pik was a little more successful. It worked but at a much reduced power speed. I charged the unit, but it still doesn’t work like it did out of the box.

We are sorry to hear that this has happened. What you are describing indicates the jet tip is clogged. You can soak the jet tip in distilled white vinegar for 10-15 minutes. If this does not fix the issue, please let us know! Please email me directly at smreviews@waterpik.com. Or, call customer service at 1-800-525-2774 Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 5:00pm Mountain Time for assistance.
There is very little pressure from this waterpik. I'm not at all happy with it. Also, there is no indication to show that it has fully charged. I do not like this product.

We are sorry that you are unhappy with the product. This model offers the same pressure as our other cordless models. The pressure is adjusted by changing out the jet tip. The blue tip is for low pressure and puts out 45 PSI and the clear tip is for high pressure putting out 75 PSI. We recommend charging the unit for 8-10 hours after every 6-8 reservoirs of water. We hope this information helps. If you have any questions, please let us know!
