The Waterpick was easy to set up. The pressure seemed th be more than an older model that died after almost 6 years. My dental hygienist says it has improved my gum health
Loved my waterpik while it worked. It stopped working after a few weeks. I went online to try and figure out why it stopped ... yes it had been charged properly! But there was no reasonable explanation for why it stopped. And no info on how to get it running again. I became very frustrated after wondering around the waterpik website for 45 minutes and recycled it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This model is very noisy. We had the identical model before and this one is way more noisy. In addition, less water comes out of this model. We’re using the same (old) heads and there is less water used for the cleaning.
I would recommend this to a friend!
