Okay waterpik not as strong as I expected and hate that it has to be filled 2 or 3 times to do whole mouth

I am sorry to hear you are not completely satisfied with the WP-360. The pressure for this model is not as powerful as our counter top models, however; this does not make it any less effective. This model is designed to be small as it is intended for those who travel and/or have little counter space. Some users may find it necessary to fill the reservoir more than once.

Didn’t last long!

I got this at Christmas time and it worked fine! I followed the instructions in the book! And about 2 months later it stopped working! It only sprinkled out a couple drops of water! Me having braces I really needed it to work properly.. I don’t recommend this particular one!

We are so sorry that you are having an issue with the product. It sounds like you may just have a clogged jet tip. Please try the other jet tip that came with the unit. Or, you can soak the jet tip in distilled white vinegar for 10-15 minutes. If this does not fix the issue, it does carry a one year warranty.
