Been a while since using one, at request of my dentist. Like that it's portable and easy. Although takes getting used to holding the water reservoir. If you make a brush pick to adapt to this model I'd be interested. Rather than having to get another one.

I really love this product. I've never own a water-based floss but was convinced to do so after some coworkers discussed their love for them. My only complaint is the strength of the insert; it broke within the first week when I accidentally knocked it into my sink. Unfortunately, it broke in such a way that a piece of it is stuck inside the product so I can't even just buy a replacement insert. Is there a way to make them stronger?

Works pretty well, feel like I'm already noticing a difference in my teeth and gums feeling healthier. I like that it has the two heads, one not so harsh and the other one, not necessarily harsh, just more pressure. I like the more pressure one because I feel like I'm getting more benefit of it. It's kind of awkward to hold especially since you are trying to do both inside of teeth and outside of teeth. I really feel like the on/off buttons are rather awkward as well. I always seem to have a hard time getting to the "off" button. All in all though, it works nice, I'm glad it is rechargeable. I have not let the charge run down yet, so don't know how long it would last, but currently recharging about every 2-3 days, and seems to hold a decent charge up until then.

It works OK. I am not able to fill it by placing under the faucet. The unit itself is to tall to fit under the faucet and the opening is to small and oddly shaped to work with a stream of water. I have to fill it by putting water in a glass and then filling the unit from there. Also, the shape of the unit does not fit very well in my hand. I have normal size adult female hands and can not wrap by hand around it. I would not purchase this unit again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
