This water pik product widths great for cleaning around my crowns. It's easy to operate and holds a charge for several days. I just wish the water reservoir was clear, it's hard to see how much water is in there.

We are sorry to hear that you are not completely satisfied with the product. The pressure can be changed from high to low by switching out the jet tips. The blue jet tip is for high pressure and the clear jet tip is for low pressure.
