Do not buy. Dental floss is better and more effective. Product is very messy and leaks where the charger plugs in. If you floss and brush your teeth nothing is removed by a waterpick.

We are sorry to hear you are not completely satisfied with the product. Waterpik stands behind the quality of our products and the warranties that accompany them. The pressure for this model is not as powerful as our counter top models, however; this does not make it any less effective. The WP-360 comes with a one-year warranty and we have replacement parts available. We would be happy to help you with this. Please call us at 1-800-525-2774 for assistance. Or, email smreviews@waterpik.com. Thank you.
great product at this price point - I especially like the slim, space-saving design. Only gave this review request four stars as I'm on my 3rd. unit, even received a replacement under warranty due to the short-term life of the battery after following charging directions to the letter and after listening to a customer service specialists' pointers on ways to take care of the battery through proper charging. If only the unit wasn't what I now consider to be a "disposable." Definitely nice but it won't last much more than one year.
I bought this item because my dental hygienist recommended a water pick because I have deep pockets in my gums. I’ve been going for cleanings regularly but haven’t always been consistently flossing. Even after flossing now more regularly flossing doesn’t get deep into the pockets. Also, I missed my appointment due to the Covid shutdown. I recently went back for a cleaning and got a big thumbs up. My hygienist was very happy. The only thing is it can be messy to use. It’s comical but I will lean over the shower. You will have to refill it a few times but the results are what matters. I purchased this model because there’s not a lot of space on my vanity and I wanted to be able to use it in my shower.
