The teeth cleaning experience is great, pressure feels fine and is effective and does a good job. The tank can be a bit of a challenge to fill in my bathroom sink, the faucet is too low. And I wish the water lasted a little longer, but it is a great size for my bathroom.
Unit is a bit awkward to handle but after some practice I was a pro. I don't think the design could be any different due to the water container. I needed a waterpic for traveling and this unit worked out perfect. I have a waterpic toothbruch and flosser as well. I love and trust the brand.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought this about 3 months ago, worked great while it lasted! But went to use it this and it will not turn on. Thought battery may have died so I charged it, still will not turn on!

We are sorry for the issue you are having with the unit. It does come with a one-year warranty. We are here to help! Please email us at smreviews@waterpik.com or give us a call at 1-800-525-2774 to open a warranty claim.
The height of this product makes it impossible to fill in a regular bathroom sink. Since the product has to remain upright in use, it is not possible to manipulate around all teeth, especially the backside of the bottom teeth.

We sincerely apologize for the difficulty you have encountered while trying to use the product. There is a bit of a learning curve for new users. Here is a link to a quick how-to video that might help: https://youtu.be/iyUkmbyq2Ks The top of the unit has a rotating piece that spins the jet tip 360 degrees. You cant rotate the tip for better access to the backside of the teeth. We hope this information helps.
I really like this all in one handheld waterpik! My only complaint is that I feel like the battery really affect the pressure. When it’s deathly charged you get great pressure, but it slowly loses that pressure as the battery discharges more and more. 30 seconds of water is barely enough time to go one around the mouth, and I usually find myself refilling for another round. Overall a very handy unit, and I love not having a large system taking up space on my counter!
