Only wish I had known about Waterpik years ago. My My dentist suggested that I purchase one after the loss of 3 teeth. I am using it after every meal and after night time brushing and flossing. I have discovered that flossing and brushing is not enough. My Waterpic always leaves my teeth completely clean.
Really works well. My teeth are cleaner and I feel that I am doing something healthy for myself
I would recommend this to a friend!

I've had this waterpik for over a year (possibly 2 years) it is a great investment. Currently it does not seem to charge fully in other words the power is sporadic and somewhat slow even when recharged for 24 hrs or more. I'm doing research to see if there are batteries inside the unit that I can replace and I just found my answer (no). I will buy another because I really believe this is a good tool to have. The reason I did not give a 5-star rating is because when I floss on the right side of my mouth the water most always drips down my arm to elbow and makes a mess. Surprisingly this does not happen when I floss on the left side holding the tool in my right hand. (Go figure).
My WP-360 has kept my teeth cleaner than ever...as stated by my last dental visit, the tech said my teeth were really clean! AND ...some years ago I purchased this model and it died six months or so of use and I wrote to Waterpik and got a brand new one!!!! made me a customer for life! Thank you and keep up the great work!
Not nearly as good as the old WP462. It won't fit under my Delta bathroom faucet vertically to fill or rinse. Can't see through the blue water container cover so fill lever of antiseptic or water is difficult to judge. Battery does not seem to last as long as the 462. I have to refill it once to get the same results as the 462. And, it turns out I can't get a low force tip in an orthodontic, pik pocket or plaque seeker style. The exterior of the box does not tell you this and when you get on the web the JT360 E is the only one listed as "compatible".
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We are sorry for the difficulty that you have encountered with this model. We appreciate your feedback and will make sure to pass it on to our Product Design Team. The two Jet Tips that are compatible with this model are the JT-360E (low pressure) and JT-450E (high pressure). Below is a link to the product page. Under the Accessories tab it will list the two part numbers and you can click on each one to see which retailers sell them.
