I have had a lot of trouble with this Waterpik. The water tank will not empty so I pour the remaining water out. Water does not come very strong out of the waterpik. After a black glob came out of the tank, the water was a little stronger. (I don't know where this was because I have washed the blue tank.) I WILL NOT purchase another Waterpik!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We are sorry that you are having these difficulties with the WP-360. It could just need the jet tip replaced or the unit may need to be cleaned. We are sorry to hear this. The unit comes with two jet tips. One Low Pressure Jet Tip (blue) and one High Pressure Jet Tip (Clear). If you haven't tried the clear jet tip, we recommend that you do so if the blue tip is not adequate for your oral health needs.
