I've never used a water pik before, so wasn't sure if it would work well. My teeth are compact with very little space in between. Flossing has always been a challenge and chore. The waterpik far exceeded my expectactions. It easily removes more food particles from my teeth in much less time that flossing. My teeth and mouth feel clean in seconds. I would definitely recommend.

I’ve got braces and it dislodges food stuck in the wires. It’s nice because it’s portable. It last about 4-5 days in between charges.

I love my waterpik and have found it to be a must have to maintain my dental health. Additionally, it’s actually fun and refreshing to use. My only criticism: unless I’m unaware of how to do it, the water chamber is virtually impossible to deep clean. Hence 4 vs 5 stars.
