This is my 3rd one. One was replaced after about a year. Frankly, I do not think you folks make it clear about the care of the battery. For years I left the unit plugged in all the time. That's a no no! according to your fine print. Make clear!

I’m very happy with the product. Had never used one before so had I followed the instructions as given, I wouldn’t have given a shower to the wall, the mirror, and my shirt the first time I used it. I now remember to shut my mouth when using, which is hard for some women to do.

Love the freedom of cordless. Plenty of power to cleanse the spaces between your teeth. So much water, it is necessary to start & stop two or three times on uppers and same on lower row of teeth to spit out all the water and then refill the water tank. Cut the cord and go cordless. You’ll be glad you did.
