I love how compact it is and it's easy to use. My one concern is that I have very hard water and it seems to be getting clogged up already. I can soak it in vinegar, like I do my tea kettle, but it takes a few days to let it sit. If I use distilled water in it that doesn't happen but using cold water isn't pleasant or convenient to warm it. Any suggestions?

I bought this water pik to have a smaller unit I could use for travel. I have found that it serves the purpose for which I bought it but it does not perform as well as the larger home unit. I have two problems with it. One the water tank is too small and I have to refill it 2-3 times when using it. Second , it only has one speed which I personally consider too high. This can be controlled by using the 2 piks as needed but I would like a speed control. While it was slightly lower priced, a limited speed control could have been added at very little cost.

Water shots out to fast and it is loud. Other than that it is ok.

Not happy at all! There's no water pressure. I should have gotten the larger one.
