Problem with the battery after 2 months

I thought the battery or pump had failed after less than three weeks of use until I discovered the low pressure blue nozzle had plugged with food particles during normal use.

Wish to return the Waterpik Flosser 360

Purchased it to day. Not pleased. Water reservoir is dark blue so difficult to see how much liquid has been added or remains. Can't angle it to aim water stream. Separate on/off buttons does not allow easy water control. Suggest one button, press for on, remove finger for off. Mouth fills very fast with water. Very messy water control to remove finger from on button and press off button. Not a good design. Please advise how to return this product. Does Waterpic have another product that contains the features this one lacks.
