If you have used the regular countertop model, you are likely to find this one less than satisfactory. I will sacrifice space and just take my countertop model with me when traveling.

This is easy to use, powerful and holds a charge. I like that it has interchangeable tips and how easy it is to change them out. The cons are it is to high for most bathroom faucets, even high clearance ones, so filling can be hard unless you use a separate cup and it is so powerful it sprays water everywhere when you aim it at your teeth if you don't keep your mouth closed over it. My daughter, 9, recently got braces and even with the orthodontist tip it can make a mess if not turned off fast enough. It can be hard to clean braces if her mouth has to be closed around it. The base can also be a little balky to hold since it is thick, and heavy, due to the power source and water tank. All in all for the price it is a good product just designed a little weird.

Not what I expected

I finally bought a waterpik after my dentist recommended it several times. I'm not sure if it works right, I expected a stead stream of water - it just kind of put-put-puts water out with either tip. It is difficult to fill in the sink, and I have no indication if the battery is actually charging or not. Overall I'll keep using it - but can't say I'm overwhelmed with the product so far.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello buckeye725 - We are sorry to hear that the WP-360 model is not what you expected. The product is designed to continuously pulsate. The pulsation is what makes the product so effective. This model puts out up to 1,450 pulses per minute. The unit does not come with an indicator light. We recommend charging the unit for 8-10 hours after every 6-8 reservoirs of water.
