I do not like this model at all. I have used the the kind that isn't portable for years and it is much better but since I purchased this I will just have to use it until it wears out. It runs out of water too fast for me and is a challenge to do get a good job completed.

Small tank needs refilling. Maybe fine for traveling but not convenient for regular use. General design is awkward, with water dribbling from mouth all over unit no matter how you adjust the tip.

I've had it two weeks and it's no longer charging. I'm trying a different outlet, but if it doesn't charge I'm returning it. You're getting three stars because I don't know whether the fault is mine or yours. If the uoutlet doesn't resolve the problem, you're going down to one star.
