I had a previous model that lasted two years until the battery and switch failed. It worked really well until that happened. I bought a new WP-360 to replace it and it only lasted a couple of weeks before it had problems with the switch. I hoped the "click" switch on the new one would perform better than the "slide" switch on the old one but maybe not. I called customer service and they were great and sent out a new one as a replacement. We will see how that goes. I liked the tank on the old model better because it could fit under the faucet to fill it. The new model is too tall to get under the faucet and has to be filled with a cup or some other means. All in all I like the water pick and they do a good job.
This is my second WP-360; the first one lasted for year. Have lost track of how long.
