No light at all.

Hello Joe P - This model does not come with an indicator light. We recommend charging the unit for 8-10 hours/overnight every 7 uses.

Not as good as I expected, but would be good for just traveling. A few things I don’t like is the water in the reservoir comes out skippy when it’s low, there isn’t a waterproof cover for the charger port so water gets all in it, and there’s only one speed setting. A few things I do like, there are buttons instead of a switch, good size for travel, light weight, and was affordable. Still feel like there could be some minor upgrades, but it gets the job done despite having to fill the reservoir up 2-3 times per cleaning.

Bridge Cleaning

Dental bridges collect and hold fragments that can cause havoc later. Cleaning bridges, and teeth in general, with toothpaste and toothbrush, mouthwash, between teeth brushes, and string floss removes much of the remnants but some tend to hide. My first usage of the Waterpik WP-360 to expel the hiders became quite an interesting experience. The Quick Start Guide states to use lukewarm water; my water was far too cool as all sensitive teeth went wild when hit with the pulsating cold water from the high-pressure tip and, needless to say, water went everywhere. But many more particles had been removed from between the bridge and gums. Subsequent usage two to three times daily has been with much warmer water and with the low-pressure tip, which should have been used the first time, according to the Quick Start Guide. Five ounces of water in the reservoir seems to last longer with the blue low-pressure tip than with the clear high-pressure tip by my experiences. Tips can be changed easily so one water floss with a selected tip and 5 ounces of lukewarm water can be followed with the other tip and 5 more ounces of water for a sensational 1-minute cleaning at the gumlines. Try this sometime, use the water flosser followed by string floss; you will be surprised by the difference between water and string floss results

Hello Cindi B - We are sorry you are unhappy with the model The WP-360 comes with two tips that create two pressure settings: high and low. The pressure for this model is not as powerful as our counter top models, however; this does not make it any less effective.

This product has a serious design flaw. If you put the entire pik into the water reservoir it’s nearly impossible to get back out without breaking. I returned one already and have found it it’s a product design issue.
