Not enough force to dislodge everything between teeth. Reservoir too small. I can barely make it through one session without a refill. I had a standard model, but the rubber on the hose started leaking after a couple of years. I tried to continue using it, but it was spraying water all over the vanity and that got old in a hurry.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Beware the detachable pik

There is one thing that can go wrong with this flosser. The detachable "jet tip" where the water comes out can snap off, leaving part of the tip inside, making it impossible to put a new tip in. Tried everything! Forced to buy a new flosser. My cleaning lady somehow broke off the tip, but wouldn't say how it happened? Handle w/care; hide from maid.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Hello Geechee - We are sorry that you are unhappy with the WP-360. This model comes with two jet tips that create two pressure settings: high and low. The pressure for this model is not as powerful as our counter top models, however; this does not make it any less effective.

I am getting used to using the waterpik flosser but it seems awkward to use without getting water all over me and the sink. The flosser attachment keeps coming off and it's irritating to me and it's also hard to keep the spray of water adjusted so as not to be too hard. I guess it will take awhile to learn how to use it comfortably.
