Two Problems

I have used the WP-360 for about 6 months and I have two problems with it. The most serious is that small pieces of plastic keep getting stuck in the tip preventing water from coming out. This happens every few weeks. I can dislodge the plastic with a needle, but this shouldn't be happening. The second problem is that it leeks from the bottom after I've used it and made sure to empty the reservoir. I always end up with a puddle of water on my shelf.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

While the device effectively removes particles from between teeth, it seems impossible to use without water shooting all over the place. I am using the lower pressure attachment. Also, the size is too large to be comfortable in my hand.

It is a little difficult to fill with water. The charger does not show a light change when it is charged. The first use is a watery surprise. It is hard to tell if it is effective.

Poor Battery Life

I am new to the water pik world and really like it. However I was very disappointed when after using the product for one month I am down to having to charge it every time I use it and it dies after about 20 seconds.

Water not pumping

I absolutely love my WP but all of a sudden, it’s not pumping water very well. It’s basically a dribble. Is there sometime can do without purchasing a whole new one?
