It died after two weeks. There are no instructions regarding how to remedy this and there is NO indicator light for the battery.

I find that I run out of water during water flossing and have to refill the chamber. Also, I would like the flossing to be a little more powerful. It's certainly worth the money spent.
As I told you in my previous e-mail, my new WP-360 is not working well. I loved the WP-400 I used to have until the battery died recently after a couple years, but I can't find that one anywhere anymore. This one starts and stops while I'm using it, even after fully re-charging it, and doesn't have a strong spray at all.

I was recommended by my dental hygienist to get a Waterpik - I use it twice a day and will use it always in the future. I can’t emphasize enough how it improves my dental experience.
This is exactly what I wanted. The larger waterpik takes up way too much room on my bathroom counter. And there are too many pieces to it. I actually ordered a case so that I can travel with it as well. What a great product!
My motor quit working on my original unit and I am on my second unit now.
