Hello - We're sorry to see you're having difficulty using the product. There is a slight learning curve. It's important to remember not to look in the mirror while you're flossing. Instead, look down into the sink and leave your mouth partially open to let the water flow freely down into sink. Here is a link to a quick how-to video that will help you perfect your technique.
I’m not really caring for it much it leaks all over when I’m done im drenched and so is my bathroom counter

Hello - As indicated in the instruction manual, the reservoir should be emptied after each use. It is not designed to store water for long periods of time. Here is a quick how-to video that explains how to use the product without making a mess:https://youtu.be/iyUkmbyq2Ks.
Pretty good system although much weaker than I expected. The battery doesn't last barely long enough to get through my wife and I getting ready for bed. I do like the size.

Hello Impromptu - We are sorry this happened. What you are describing indicates the jet tip is likely clogged. You can clean the jet tip by soaking it in distilled white vinegar for 10-15 minutes. Or it may be time to replace it. We recommend replacing them every three to six months. If this does not fix the issue, please let us know! You can email me directly at smreviews@waterpik.com or call customer service at 1-800-525-2774 Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm Mountain Time for assistance.
