I guess it does spray water between my teeth. the design is awkward to use. it is difficult to fill, and doesn't seem to hold enough water. the directions were limited and too small to read. I live in a very small town, bought this in a larger small town...choices are limited. sorry this is more than 3 lines.

This is the first Waterpik I've ever owned. I was a bit skeptical of how well this would work to remove plague and tartar build up on my teeth as well as get into the little cracks and crevices where dental floss may not reach. In the interest of full transparency, I have horrible teeth. I was never taught a good oral hygiene routine and never adopted one in my life. Now that most of my teeth are rotten and gone, I'm finally thinking that I better start taking care of what I got left although my goal is to eventually get implants. I use a lot of that temporary dental filling sold OTC at most retailers. The Waterpik was so strong that it actually blew the Temparin fillings out of my teeth. It was so strong that it made my gums bleed (but not hurt) upon my first use. This thing has great pressure and does an exceptional job of cleaning your teeth! I'll never be able to live without it now. I bet this thing could almost peel the paint off your house! LoL .....The water chamber could be a little bigger but it has enough to do one complete water flossing in one sitting...and it's very simple to add water to when necessary. All in all, I give it 5 out of 5 stars!
