Seems OK for the price, although I have nothing to compare it with. Easier to use than the tiny brushes to get in close between teeth. Takes a while to get used to it without splashing water around.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Battery failure

Barely used but then battery failed. Support says this has been a problem. No free replacement. Will look for alternative brand.

I do not think that the pulsing stream of water had very much force and was not very effective.

My first waterpik was fabulous and lasted forever. A year ago it died and I purchased the 360 to replace it. They were almost identical. However after a month of use it charged fine but the motor would pump erratically creating unequal pressure. It became so weak I just replaced it with another 360. Hopefully this will not be a lemon because I really like the size and ease of use.
I would recommend this to a friend!
