Very messy to use and not able to use in the shower. The advertising is not clear if you can use the waterpik in the shower. After calling the company they recommend do not use it in the shower

I wish I would have bought a counter top. This too large and hard to manage for me. It cleans where I can manage to get it to go but I missing the important areas.

I bought one of these WP-360 Waterpiks, which lasted 11 months before it stopped working. It fell within the 1-year warranty, which they promptly fulfilled and gave me a new one. Unfortunately, the replacement also died (slowly for five months), fully dying at around 16 months. They build these Waterpiks to work for 13-16 months, forcing you to buy a new one. It's a waste of money, and they are adding more garbage to the world. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. I got a battery-operated one (instead of a rechargeable battery), and we'll see how that one works... The invention is a good idea, but the owners of the company need to be investigated for scamming consumers with deliberately flawed products for financial gain. There is no good reason for these Waterpiks to stop working so soon. On the positive side: the Customer Service people were always very helpful and nice to deal with.

Factors such as how often it is used, how often it is cleaned, etc. all play a large part in it. However, it does carry a one-year warranty, and it will typically well outlive the warranty period.
