No more WPA 360 for us!
on April 2, 2023
Posted by: Ohsmile
I would not recommend a WPA 360 after my experience. I purchased my first one September 2021, it went dead and company replaced it in August 2021 with No Guarantee. The second went went dead March 2023, that’s less the a year on TWO of them 🥴🥴🥴 Not a good track record!! Made me Sad!🥲🥲
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello there - We appreciate your feedback. We're happy to hear that the product has helped to improve your oral health! We appreciate your feedback and will make sure to pass your comments on to our Product Design Team.
I purchased two of these about two weeks ago. It's hard to comment too much on them yet. I like the concept of them. However, one's lid to the water reservoir will not close well causing water to come out sometimes and the other's lid to the water reservoir is difficult to open and will not stay open so that it can air out.

I am SO SORRY Waterpik
on April 7, 2023

Previously I wrote a rather scathing review of this product. I was WRONG! The pump seemed to labor and no water would come through the tip. I'm on a community water system and I have no filter for my home. After some deductive reasoning I found a small piece of sand in the tip that I was using. For those who encounter similar problems, insert the OTHER tip that you comes with this product to see if the product works then. I cleaned the clogged tip with a extra small piece of wire and it works perfectly. Sorry for misleading everyone and my wholehearted apology to Waterpik. If anyone can tell me how to edit or delete my previous rant I would greatly appreciate it!

Hello stone7100 - We are glad to hear this! Here is a link to our cleaning blog that has detailed cleaning instructions: https://www.waterpik.com/oral-health/product-support/articles/how-to-clean-waterpik-water-flosser-vinegar/.You can also maintain the jet tips by soaking them in distilled white vinegar for 5-10 minutes. We recommend replacing the Jet Tips every three months.
Started using this about a month ago because I wanted a Waterpik that I could recharge rather than replacing the batteries every couple of months. This is going to save me a lot of money and definitely works better than the one I had. I use it on the low level since the water comes out pretty strong so it is effective.
