Hello- We're sorry you are not satisfied. The model comes with two tips that create two pressure settings. The pressure can be adjusted by switching from the blue tip (low pressure) to the clear tip (high pressure). This model does not come with an indicator light. We recommend charging the unit for 8-10 hours after every 6-8 reservoirs of water. However, we do offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. This WP-360 Waterpik product is very easy to use. Read the instructions before using. There are 2 different water pressure tips. I don't like the 2 different buttons for ON & OFF. Also, the button to release the tip is right above the ON button. The tip doesn't always click into the top, so one must make sure one hears the click.
