Fingernail Breaker

If you value having your fingernails, forget this flosser. The water hatch is very difficult to open.

Hello there - We are sorry you are having this difficulty with the reservoir. To remove the reservoir, flip the flip-top water inlet all the way back, and push it against the power handle, using the flip-top as a lever. Here is a short video that demonstrates this: https://youtu.be/_CZAcAzoNBY

Hello Kathleen - The product is a motor-driven appliance. Some noise and vibration are normal. The WP-360 is designed small as it is intended more for those who travel and for those with little counter space. Some users may find it necessary to fill the reservoir more than once.

Total disappointment

Bought on 4/26/23 and today the water will not pump. I have had other water flossers that hold more water in reservoir for a more thorough floss. hard to separate reservoir from unit for cleaning. No light to let you know when fully charged. Really disappointed in this name brand product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Cleans better than flossing! More practice should keep me from squirting water around. Can't remove reservoir for cleaning, can't see water level in dark blue reservoir.
