Would like to see light on the product that lights up to show that the product is charging. The front half only fits into the back half at the very bottom of the structure; not sure that is correct fit or not. It would be nice to have a slightly larger water storage in order to get all the teeth/gums done without a refill.

Hello Kathleen - Thank you for your feedback. This unit does not come with a charging light. The unit should be charged every 7 fill-ups for 8-10 hours. The reservoir should be fully secured on the unit. Squeeze the two pieces together to get a complete seal. This model is designed to be small as it is intended for those who travel and/or have little counter space. Some users may find it necessary to fill the reservoir more than once. If you are finding it to not suit your needs, a countertop model may be a better fit. You do have a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you need assistance, please reach out. I'm sitting here looking at the 4 reservoirs that I have gone thru. The little black oval ring that goes where you put water in doesn't last Why can I not just buy it? We have paid for 3 new ones and you sent a replacement for one but they don't last.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I am very happy with my Waterpik WP-360. It works great. I use the Waterpik prior to brushing my teeth to remove food. It comes with a low pressure attachment and a high pressure attachment and both are comfortable. It takes about 1 minute to complete.
