This New Design of "Water Pik, Water Flosser," happens to be the Worst Design ever imaginable. I had my very First "Water Pik, Water Flosser," in 2003.
These are very Poorly Designed From the Start! "Water," is the cause of all problems with a "Cordless 360 Water Pik, Water Flosser!" It has a very small mouth the add your mixture of Water, Mouthwash. Causing spills along the way. Having a Battery to get "Wet," will explain the reason why we need to return/or change the Entire Unit!
This New 360 "Water Pik, Water Flosser," is so difficult to remove from Unit/Resavior! This is Not the way to enjoy a needed Unit! Either Test your items before leaving your Company, and make sure, it will NOT be damaged by inserting Water! "If you find it a problem, then it will be a constant Problem for Many whom want an easier way to Remove Plaque from Teeth, Gum Lining!"
I need to return My "Water Pik, Water Flosser, immediately!" I can't fix this Battery. It got wet from leaking. Again, this was a "Cordless Unit!" How to fix these Units is more problematic than actually taking Floss, and bleed all over your Bathroom Mirror, just Nasty!
I wrote to "Water Pik, Water Flosser," this New idea of a Light is Excellent! Just Have it stop Flashing when it reaches its Contents of "Fully Charged!"
Can't a Corporation of Needs do a Worthwhile Job of Jobs? Where's the Common Sense Among Workers' Today? I'm Very Disappointed in this constant on going problems. It shouldn't be allowed to happen!
If you Design a "Blue Print," of your Orders, again check out for yourselves, if this Set Item, (360 Water Pik, Water Flosser) is in the Best Results for a Customer Review, Buy!

Much weaker stream than I expected. Low capacity. Many refills to do the job. That being said, I didn’t expect this to perform as well as my countertop model. Just hoped it was better performing than it is. Will make it work while traveling.

The Waterpik 360 works really well. The only reason for my four stars instead of five is because of the way the handle and the water reservoir fit together. I think they are supposed to fit together at the top, but they don't. So I have to hold it together while I'm using it. Other than that, it is excellent.

I've been using a waterpik daily for at least 40 years. I've owned many in that time and with the exception of this one I would rate them all 5 star. This one is junk. Only holds about 15 seconds of water, 20 if you tilt it and your head to the left. Difficult to separate tank that doesn't fit under most faucets for filling. Weak pressure. If you want a 5 star product get the waterpik ION. Better design in every way
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
