No charging light - and no way to know if the machine is charged. That really stinks and I don't understand why they chose this route. There are many offbrand products that are less expensive and have this option

Tedious product!

I have not gotten water flossing done in a minute. It is difficult to get it done and to put the product together properly.

Love the convenience of this product which I got to replace a tabletop model. I use it on a daily basis and recharge it overnight once a week as instructed. As it states, it holds enough water to to run for 30 seconds and you are to floss for 60 seconds, so expect to refill once during a session. I use a measuring cup with a spout to easily fill the reservoir after warming the water in the microwave. I also like adding some mouthwash on occasion. It then says to rinse the reservoir out by filling it with water and running it upside down into the sink, but it doesn't continue to empty when held upside down. Thought it was strange they instructed that since they say you have to hold it upright to floss the teeth. Also, not sure why the reservoir is dark blue instead of clear so you can see when the reservoir is near full when filling. These are minor issues, though. When I am done flossing, I empty any remaining water and then wipe the outside dry and tap the charging unit against the towel to be sure to dry out any water.

easy to break

My daughter had only used it for less then a month and the tip broke
could not find the tip to purchase separate

Concept is great..........not sure if it is only me, but the tip turns when I use it on my gums and squirts me in the face! LOL I also have to kneel down over my tub to use it, but would really love to see one that has the same button for on as off so you don't have to feel for the off button. Also,my husband uses it too and we have to switch the tips ..........would probably just buy the whole unit for my own personal use next time instead of having to keep taking tips on and off. All in all, I like that it pushes hard to get food out of my teeth that ordinary flossing misses.

I have had this product for over four years now. Just recently I replaced it with the identical same model. The only problem I find with it is that you have to really keep it moving, or reload and restart it, to do your entire mouth.
